Someburros, a family owned and operated business, opened their doors in 1986 with the same heirloom recipes that were developed from their first family
restaurant, Poncho’s in 1972. The slow-cooked meats, delicate sauces, fresh chili peppers, seasonal vegetables and homemade salsas bring a loyal clientele and their signature dishes and warm atmosphere has spread through their eleven valley-wide locations, and Flagstaff location, with more to open in the coming year.
